Visions of San Blas will start with the 6 areas indicated on the map. Other areas will be acquired or developed in coordination to complement Visions.

Visions of San Blas is offering a limited number of Gold Membership Plan memberships to founding members as part of the initial phase of the development. This membership will provide members the exclusive opportunity to be the first to benefit from its development.

The Gold Membership Plan will include membership in the beach club, membership in the guest house/hacienda, and membership in the program that gives them the rights to one lot of approximately 1,000 square meters, 10,760 square feet, in the beach campo and another lot of approximately 2,000 square meters, 21,520 square feet, in the estate campo.

The beach campo will have a beach club with a swimming pool, a restaurant, dining areas, a bar, cabanas, and a spa. The beach campo will also have a guest house/hacienda with a restaurant, bar, and ten guest suites for members and their guests.

Members will also get advance notice and the right to invest in other Visions’ projects before it is offered to the public at large.

As part of subsequent phases, the plan is to develop an exclusive residential, beach, and resort community with water and air access and hotels and other facilities with various amenities and services.

Visions of San Blas will offer additional opportunities to members to acquire other lots, homes, and apartments.

Visions will also offer professional parties the opportunity to purchase lots for hotels, restaurants, bars, residences, and other facilities and businesses, all in accordance with approved plans and development guidelines.
