Our ecofriendly design will take advantage of the natural resources and limit the impact on the environment. Visions of San Blas will be designed to be in harmony with nature. We will use renewable materials and sources of energy, existing wood species for building, and develop naturally landscaped trails and forests that will preserve native plants and animals. Topography encompasses a variety of landscapes from beach to lowland forest against the backdrop of the Cordillera San Blas (mountain range).

The property will be developed as a sustainable, ecofriendly project. Roads will be for the most part trails that will be rustic and tropical, keeping pavement to a minimum. Structures will blend with the environment and the use of renewable energy and materials and the preservation of resources will be emphasized.

The project and amenities will be developed in several phases over a ten to twelve year period. The lots will be provided with full infrastructure connection for water, sewer, electrical power, and communications. The project will provide all of the services and amenities required by the residents.

After the development of the initial two campos, the first phase of development will start. The typology will be bungalows, single family residences, treehouses, and townhouses.

In the future Panama Visions Resorts and Hotels, Inc. wants to provide the sophisticated adventure seeking traveler the ability to experience all of the wondrous places in Panama in fitting luxury without intruding on the natural habitat.Our five star boutique hotel in the Old Quarter of Panama City will provide the Visions traveller a comfortable hub from which to venture out to our other planned Visions resorts throughout Panama.

All of the Visions facilities will be a must see by our members and guests to round out their total Panama experience. All of these may be put into an exchange program and our future rental programs.
